Privacy, Terms, and Disclaimer Last updated: June 2026

Agentic Blueprint is a personal, non-commercial tool built for personal exploration and experimentation. It uses a large language model to draft a structured blueprint from a user-supplied brief. The following Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, and Disclaimer govern your use of this site.

Privacy

1.1 Overview Personal, non-commercial project for personal exploration. Not operated by any company, organisation, or employer.

1.2 Who operates this site Built by Warren Everard in a personal capacity, on personal time, using personal equipment. Not affiliated with, endorsed by, or representative of any employer, company, or industry body.

1.3 What this site collects Nothing on its own. No analytics, no advertising or marketing trackers, no session identifiers. Only standard server logs maintained by the hosting provider (IP address, browser type, request timestamps) are generated, and those are governed by the provider's own policy.

1.4 What is stored in your browser The Build wizard saves your in-progress blueprint — the brief, problem statement, sample rows, and the sections it generates — to your browser's local storage so a page reload does not lose your work. This stays in your browser, is not transmitted to any server by this site, and persists across sessions on the same browser until you clear it. Starting a new blueprint overwrites it, and clearing your browser's site data removes it. Demo mode (?demo=true) writes nothing.

1.5 Where queries go The brief, problem statement, sample rows, and other canvas inputs you submit are forwarded to a third-party AI API — Anthropic (the Claude API) — to generate blueprint sections and stress-test outputs. Anthropic's own privacy policy governs any data retention on their side. Do not submit sensitive, confidential, or proprietary information.

1.6 Personal information No personal information is collected by this site. Any details you choose to include in your brief are only forwarded to the AI provider named above to generate a response.

1.7 Cookies This site sets no cookies of its own. If you choose to sign in to enable snapshots, the authentication provider (Supabase) sets the cookies needed to keep you signed in. No advertising, analytics, or tracking cookies are used.

1.8 Children Not directed at users under 16.

Terms of Use

2.1 Acceptance Using this site means you agree to these Terms.

2.2 Nature Personal, non-commercial, exploratory demonstration build. Not a product, service, or commercial offering. Free of charge. No services contract is formed by use of the site.

2.3 Not professional advice Outputs are not design, engineering, commercial, or professional advice of any kind. Blueprint sections, stress-test findings, and agent specifications are AI-generated explorations. Do not rely on them for product, system, or business decisions without your own independent review.

2.4 Personal project, built independently This site was developed entirely in the author's personal capacity, on personal time, using personal equipment and personal accounts. No proprietary, confidential, or non-public information of any employer, client, or third party has been used in its design, code, prompts, or operation.

2.5 No affiliation, no endorsement Not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any company, platform, AI provider, or industry body.

2.6 AI-generated content All blueprint sections, stress-test outputs, and agent specifications are generated by large language models. They can be factually wrong, architecturally unsound, internally inconsistent, or mistaken. No human reviews each output. Users are solely responsible for verification before acting on any result.

2.7 User-submitted content Content you submit (briefs, problem statements, sample data) remains your own. By submitting it, you grant Warren Everard a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to process and transmit it solely for the purpose of operating the site. Do not submit confidential, proprietary, or personally sensitive information.

2.8 No warranty Provided "as is" and "as available" with no warranties, express or implied.

2.9 Limitation of liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Warren Everard is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this site or your reliance on its outputs. The site is provided free of charge; in any event, aggregate liability is capped at AUD 100.

2.10 Australian Consumer Law The Australian Consumer Law is not intended to be excluded where applicable. Where non-excludable guarantees apply, liability is limited to re-supply of the relevant content or the cost of re-supply.

2.11 Acceptable use No unlawful purpose. No misrepresentation of outputs as verified professional or technical advice. No submission of another party's confidential information without authorisation. No scraping. No interfering with operation or security. No attempting to manipulate, jailbreak, or prompt-inject the underlying language models.

2.12 Availability The site may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice.

2.13 Intellectual property The design, code, written copy, prompts, and architecture of this site are the intellectual property of Warren Everard. All rights reserved. No part of the site, its design, or its source may be copied, scraped, mirrored, fine-tuned against, or reused commercially without prior written permission.

2.14 Governing law Victoria, Australia. Exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.

2.15 Severability Invalid clauses are severable; the remainder of the Terms stays in force.

2.16 Changes May be updated; continued use of the site constitutes acceptance.

Disclaimer

3.1 Personal exploration only Not a commercial product, advisory service, or system design tool. A demonstration build for personal experimentation.

3.2 No professional advice Not engineering, design, commercial, legal, or other professional advice. Consult a qualified professional where one is needed.

3.3 AI limitations Large language models can hallucinate. Blueprint sections, agent specifications, handoff designs, guardrails, and stress-test findings may be factually wrong, architecturally flawed, internally inconsistent, or entirely fabricated. The author does not verify outputs line by line. Users are solely responsible for independent review before acting on any output.

3.4 No endorsement References to any methodology, pattern, or tool are for demonstration context only and do not imply endorsement or suitability for any particular use.

3.5 Use at your own risk Your use of this site is entirely at your own risk. Warren Everard accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage, or consequence arising from your use of or reliance on this site or any blueprint it generates.
